The Scarlet Guide will use her reiki, a healing technique based on the principle that energy can be channeled into the patient by means of touch or psychic connection, to activate natural healing processes of the body in order to restore physical and emotional well-being. Paula can do this in person or from a distance.

Pranic Healing.
The body is a self-repairing entity that possesses the innate ability to heal itself. The Scarlet Guide will complete a pranic body scan and healing. The Pranic body will identify the basic areas of blockage in your body. This scan will help Paula understand where your body needs healing the most. The Pranic healing process will increase the life force or vital energy to the affected part of the body. Too often, experiences or relationships--like a toxic family member, co-worker or romantic partner--leave us drained and impact our body. The Pranic Healing targets healing life force directly to areas of the body that heave health problems and gives you the skills to regain your vitality and physical health.
